Customer Satisfaction
At Harvest House Fine Furniture we manufacture all of our furniture with the idea that you the customer will enjoy it for many years ahead. We have learned through years of experience how to maximize the beauty of solid wood furniture. Therefore, the following is our warranty guidelines, which will cover everything that could happen to your furniture.
All of our warranties will be backed by a guarantee of either
repair or replacement of the affected piece, at our discretion.
Shipping costs are not covered under our warranty.
Shipping
We Can Deliver Your Furniture Anywhere
We can deliver your furniture order anywhere in the world. To
date we have shipped (without damage) to all parts of Canada and the US. We
have also sent furniture to Switzerland, Australia, Great Britian and Japan
just to name a few counties.
Our blanket wrapped delivery service is divided into 2 categories.
1. Local Delivery
We deliver to anywhere in Southern Ontario in our fleet of Company Cube Vans.
We blanket wrap everything to ensure safe delivery, and our experienced
delivery men will bring in and set up all of your new furniture.
2. Long Distance Delivery
If you live anywhere else in Canada or in the United States we can offer a
great alternative to our local delivery. Harvest House Fine Furniture has made
some alliances with Moving Companies that offer similar blanket wrapped
services. We use these third party shippers for all of our long distance
deliveries.

We do not box or crate any of our furniture, it is always blanket wrapped, it
is always treated like a piece of furniture, not a piece of freight.
