How do I place an order?

You can shop online by adding items to your shopping basket. Next, complete your contact information and then use the ‘CHECKOUT’ function to submit your order. We will then contact you to confirm your selection, stain, hardware, shipping method plus any special instructions and process a 30% deposit.

How do I select the stain colour, hardware, fabric, leather etc.?

When you have made your selection, we will be pleased to send you stain colour samples on the wood of your choice. You can choose from our range of decorative hardware or provide your own. We feature fabrics from the Robert Allen Collection (www.robertallendesign.com ) and a selection of high quality leathers or you may provide your own fabric or leather for upholstery. We will be pleased to work with you to help you decide on the best stain color, hardware and upholstery to enhance your furniture.

What taxes or duties do I pay?

Items delivered within Ontario are subject to P.S.T. and G.S.T. Items delivered to a Canadian address outside Ontario are subject to G.S.T. only.

There are no taxes applicable to shipments to the U.S. and the rest of the world. Your U.S. shipping charge will include blanket-wrapped delivery to your home, all customs and brokerage charges, plus full insurance on your purchase.

What warranty do you provide?

Harvest House furniture is built to the highest possible standards of construction from prime quality lumber and we offer a one year warranty that protects you against any movement or defects in the wood and covers the workmanship and finish in all our solid wood furniture. We guarantee to either repair or replace furniture with any defects, at our discretion.

We recommend the use of humidifiers in your home to maintain the appropriate humidity level for your solid wood furniture.
